There is a lot to say, but I don’t want to waste your time. You are probably already dealing with an overwhelming amount of information and content. I know I have been. I’ve started several posts over the last few weeks that just devolved into long rambles.
If you’re one of the few people following my Patreon, you probably already have a good handle on the basics of what’s going on.
I don’t believe a word Donald Trump, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, or J.D. Vance say. I think we are given false options and fake leaders. We must always remain vigilant against the illusory options, opinions, and demographics that the ruling class channels us into.
The RFK Jr. endorsement of Trump was not completely unforeseen, but it is still confounding. We now have others leaning towards Trump or at least giving him some consideration. I can ponder the possibility that Trump might be better than a Democratic administration at not pushing us towards World War III, but I cannot imagine saying that I support, like, or trust Trump (or Harris). Both options are horrendous and both are guaranteed to do the bidding of their billionaire funders, in my opinion.
Back in 2016, Trump courted the conspiracy vote through Alex Jones. He has maintained some air of being against the “Deep State,” simply because much of the establishment and media seems to hate him. He really fought the deep state when he appointed Rex Tillerson, CEO of ExxonMobil, as secretary of state, Mike Pompeo as CIA director, and John Bolton as national security advisor. Trump had a chance to declassify the JFK files, but like BIden, he deferred to the CIA.
In the meantime, we have a new Russiagate push. These dynamics are complex and I’m not going to pretend that countries such as Russia or China do not try to influence world opinion. But the United States is the master of this domain and is also happy to carry out coups in the open while feigning shock and horror that other countries might be using information or psychological warfare. My take is that some of the “Russian assets” may actually be US-based intelligence assets who are infiltrating or subverting real dissent. One of the greatest expressions of power is to be able to create or control your own opposition.
So, don’t trust anyone 100%. If all their dissenting, anti-deep state opinions seem to be leading up to telling you to vote for Trump, I would be very skeptical. But, as always, remain flexible in your thinking and don’t be ashamed to refine your perspective. Being confused is also natural and there should be no shame in it. Projecting confidence can be much more dishonest and dangerous.
The JFK assassination, COVID skepticism, awareness of US Empire, food/health/medical corruption, critiques of NATO…these may all be valid areas of interest, but they are also ripe territory for opportunists who aim to manipulate large groups of disaffected people. For some reason, since Occupy and Bernie, people don’t seem to be talking about oligarchy or the 1% much anymore. Environmentalism has become synonymous with “climate change,” and mostly pushed by mainstream for-profit interests.
Remember, propaganda is the air we breathe.
